As 2016 comes to a close, I wish to express my gratitude to BoomerWarrior readers and followers. All of you have shown support in a number of ways: comments & responses to articles, on social media — Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin — or by signing up for the Newsletter. Following are the top five posts of 2016 which I hope you will share with your own social media contacts.
Over 100 articles were posted on BoomerWarrior during 2016. And we did 30 Newsletters. The website received 48,500 views. There were just under 400,000 impressions on Twitter. My personal Facebook Timeline topped 3,000 friends in 2016 and the BoomerWarrior public Facebook Page will reach 5,000 “likes” in the coming weeks.
The Facebook group which began under the BoomerWarrior banner has tripled in membership (1,730 members) under the name Warriors for SEE. So thank you all for your ongoing support.

The challenges of climate change will continue to dominate BoomerWarrior coverage in 2017. I will continue my climate advocacy and communication by lobbying elected officials and Senators to help shape public policy on carbon pricing and Canada’s climate action plan. I wish all of you a Happy New Year with joy, peace, prosperity and carbon pricing wherever you are.
