Drowning in Waste

Too Much Stuff

Why Citizens (Not Shoppers)  Hold the Key to a Better World.

This movie goes to the heart of the problem and asks poignant questions about who or what will save the planet? It has become plainly obvious that governments, NGOs, corporations, religious and political leaders or the United Nations are unwilling and incapable of effecting the Big Changes that are needed. Only world Citizens can change the rules of the game in a substantive and sensible way.

Annie Leonard asks the question:  ”Can shopping save the world? The Story of Change urges viewers to put down their credit cards and start exercising their citizen muscles to build a more sustainable, just and fulfilling world.”
